Hetronic manufactures a wide range of radio remote controls in both hand held and waist belt styles to suit client’s applications with both digital and on/off and fully proportional functions to operate plant and equipment. Hetronic Radio Remote provides benefits to clients with cost effective solutions and a high level of safety for operations in remote control applications. Hetronic has focused on specializing in safety radio remote controls. Our products are versatile in design in order to perfectly accommodate the different applications for today’s radio remote controls. With an installation base of over 250,000 radio remote controls Hetronic is the global market leader in its field. And you – the customer will benefit greatly from our expertise. Very early on Hetronic understood the need for a global support network for our customers. We have locations throughout the world assuring that we understand your local needs in today’s global world. Hetronic Australia was founded by Paul Warren in 1999 in order to provide specialized sales and service support for Hetronic products throughout Australia. Hetronic Australia is an Australian owned company. In 2004 Hetronic Australia employed two additional full time staff to improve customer service and technical support Damon and Michelle Hutchings. Hetronic Australia began sales and support service for New Zealand during 2005. Hetronic Australia launched its website in 2006 in order to better service the Australian and New Zealand markets. In 2007 Jeremie Hughes joined our team to assist in Service and Sales. In 2009 Daniel Goff was employed in the field of Service and Production. 2009 also sees Hetronic Australia relocated to new premises in Beresfield, NSW.
